Ok here is what it says to fit the correct wheels on it:
'Use with up to 8" tire tread on 7" wheels with min. backside spacing of 3.5" '

So i GUESS its spacing it away from the car.

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!sorry for laughing, dude.they are talking about wheel offset.if you look at a rim from the edge, you will probably see that the mounting flange(the center section with the holes) is closer to either the outer or inner edge.i'm sure you've seen one of those stupid looking civics with the low profile tires sticking out of the fenders.that is positive offset.this gets your tires away from the pan so they don't rub in turns.negative offset brings your tires closer to the car.to measure offset, lay a straightedge across the edge of the rim and measure the distance to the flange.good luck and keep on smiling...bartman

I'm afraid you're going to have to be a little more specific...

Are you talking about spacing the fender mounting holes so that they line up with the ones on the body? Spacing the fender away from the body? Locating the tail light housings on the fenders?

Need more info.
