OK! sorry,but I just don't like'em.And,yes,I will smoke you in my 74 standard beetle.(2.0Liter,duals,sway bars,bilsteins,etc,etc)(No gremlins here!)And,same year std's and supers came with the same engines for the American market.I hope that you're still not living with a measly 60 horses!(Only kidding)Also,having owned and driven DOZENS,I'm definately not JEOLOUS!!!I just ...But its OK if you folks do,I'm only having fun with you!!!!:-)

Yes,as long as it's air-cooled,It's OK with me,really!Some good points were made,and we should stick together.I would never want to convince anyone that their car was a heap;if they're enjoying it,then I'm all for it!Please forgive me,but I've got a 73 'vert in my shop now with a host of "oh @#$%^%$,not that again" type problems,and it ,when mixed with a nagging girlfriend,makes me sound like a jerk!And,these are problems i've never had on my std beetles,because they can't.'nuff said,love you all!!Let me know when yer in Albuquirky!!
