Rear shocks for a 411

Post by 4-eleven »

Hello, does anyone know what KYB shocks fits the rear of a more or less standard height 411 Variant?

KYB 5406 (Ford Econoline 3/4 ton) or KYB 5410 (Ford 1/2 ton) both fit. I used the 5406 with stock 412 "blue stripe" rear coils on my Coupe and I'd recommend them for a Variant with "yellow stripe" coils also.

The lower mount needs shims in-board/out-board to center the mount inside the trailing arm shock bracket. The top mount uses stock 412 parts.
