The 1303 was never sold in my part of the world. So replacement bronze idler arm bushes meant for these are not available. Had to make another plan.
Could not source bushing in required outer and inner diameter. Used 2 adapter spacer sleeves from bearing grade steel. They were 25 outer, and old sleeve (with rubber part pushed out), was 25.7mm inside. Used 0.4mm plate as a shim to ensure a tight press fit. Inside the sleeves the bushes was fitted. Pin's surface was polished useing 1200 grit sandpaper. Brass washers were used to set the end play to zero. (By sanding them down useing the plate glass/sandpaper method).
In the picture, the one "spacer sleeve" was already installed inside the old outer sleeve, (Useing the 0.4mm shimming plate to ensure a tight press-fit).
Should work well, though its hard to keep greased. Be sure to install a wavy tension washer under the nut. Also change to a castle nut and once you have the play set and worn in so that the steering returns to center....marke a position then remove the whole mess and drill a hole through the bolt for a cotter pin or else the nut will constantly be working itself loose.
