I live in Zimbabwe, Africa. I have recently bought a 1974 Beetle. It should be a 1600 but has a 1300 motor in it. The vehicle was manufactured in South Africa. I am in the process of restoring the vehicle but here in Zimbabwe we do not have all the spares and technology that the REAL world has. I am looking for web sites where I can read up on donig all the reparis, maintenance, rust removal etc myself. Any suggestions? You can e mail me at servchzw@mweb.co.zw
