I was being sarcastic 36-38mm tb's would be as big as I would go, for reference weber 44's have 36mm venturis. CSP does make a type manifold but they are $$$. The link-sync is awesome, I pm'd Pete twice about doing my linkage, life must have gotten in the way because he never replied so I made my own linkage.
I'm done with off the shelf stuff, if I can make it or build then that's what I'm going to do. I just won another set of TB's off eBay...$21.

Speaking of cheap throttle bodies, I may get some FREE webbers which I could turn into throttle bodies if I can get some cheap webber type iv manifolds to weld injector bungs onto I'd be set!! I don't have engine bay height constraints, like you do, in my 1971 bus!

I think I can just get 48IDF carb intakes from aircooled.net for type iv motor with DTM shroud and put some webbers on top and convert them to throttle bodies?

ever get that tank mounted? its really easy. there were even holes pre-drilled on my bus for it!
