I used some aluminum flashing and metal tape to make my mold, easily released...and after painting it with some rubber-undercoat that's a textured flat-black, it's pretty well camo'd. What about turning the whole unit 90* and have the fuses flush in the wire-cover?

No one is running or thinking of using an Isis power solution?
http://www.isispower.com/
It's really expensive though.

$1500-$3k is silly for a harness of a 40 year old compact car...unless perhaps you're spending $20k on upgrading the things the harness must still tie into. You're talking about as much money as you may expect to pay for an electrical service swap for a residential home.
