The good:
Engine was rebuilt in 1994 (40hp) and only has 7k miles on it since then.
New tires 3k miles ago
New rubber brake lines 3 months ago
Header with heat
Flowmaster 2 chamber muffler, sounds really good
Converted to 12v with a Bosch alternator
New left and right full floor pans
Working fuel tap
REAL pacific wonderland plates, new tags
Correct 80mm cap fuel tank
Uncut dash with original radio blockoff plate
The not good:
Rusty rockers, battery tray, and rear engine valance. Typical spots for ghia's
Wipers don't work, I used the 12v conversion armature but the switch is sticky and I think it's the culprit.
Interior needs completely restored, door seals have shrunk with age so it does leak water when it rains. I park it in the barn when it rains....
Was repainted in the late 80's, and it's due for it again.
You might like it, you might not like it :
4" narrowed (no shock tower) beam with adjusters. Pics are as low as it goes, you could raise it back close to stock with where I put the adjusters.
Solid trans mounts
Has the original rubber floor mats in it, not in that good of shape but I like the patina
It's a fun car, I'm getting rid of it so I can focus on my oval ragtop. I drive it around fine, most people probably wouldn't want to daily drive it though. It comes with some stock parts. Sorry, but the license plates will not go to any out of state buyers. $3000 obo. The only partial trades I would be interested in are seats for an oval or a W decklid.
