Collectors of diecast miniature cars who are 411 enthusiasts will be happy to learn that Minichamps has announced that they will produce a 411 4-door sedan and a 3-door sedan(Variant, read, wagon). These are excellent models and cost $39. Check website for"ewacars" I have their beetles and type 3's and they are very true to detail.The pics of the 411's look great. That's great news! Any news about a 412 model? I have searched a long time for a model of the Type 4 and have found only a Gama 1:43 411 4-door. I actually thought of starting a petition by T4-fans for producing a model and send it to Corgi/Maisto/Vitesse etc! (Seems there's no need now) I had a look at the www.minichamps.com site, and the model is indeed listed as: 051100 VW 411 LE 1969 BLUE. Can't wait to get one!
