What Lube?

My sliders on the vert don't slide very well...what lube do you guys use? Lithium, Graphite? I will be putting new tracks on also...or do I just need the new slider tracks.

I don't have sliders on my top, but Break-Free CLP works pretty decent for keeping most things that move, moving.
I was using that stuff in the USAF on chaff ejectors long before the gun nuts discovered it .
(spray on, wipe off, it cleaned off unbelievable hydraulic fluid and jet exhaust residue gunk and left what was essentially a no-stick easy clean surface sprayed/wiped on flat zinc chromate paint)

I actually told our firing range instructors about it, they swore by it after using it for awhile.

...Of course the formula back then contained trichloroethane...

Any Walmart or place that sells rifles etc now carries it.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
