what's the correct head stud pattern for the barrels and cylinderheads from a type 1?
Which is the right type of Loctite threadlocker for the offset headstud inserts?

Rob. Here on Oxyforums things tend to move slowly ..... extremly slow.....

i only have a readymade drill-guide and no solid measurements do go from. i can make rough measurements out of that as i have only borrowed it from a friend.

I can not answer directly, but what I did was to make inserts for the case which were 3mm offset drilled, so that means that the diameter of the head stud pattern type 1 heads have a 6mm smaller diameter than the wbx.
