Windshield fun
Just replaced windshield on 56... Trim had to be the most enjoyable
i used the string method to install. As I was on the inside pulling string and watching everything go into place perfectly, including the corners i had a big surprise when I inspected the outside. The corner lips are npt set. i double checked the i side to see if I missed something and it appears I didnt because the inside lips look perfect. Did I miss something here? Please see photo.

Re: Windshield fun
Same prob when I just did my windshield (1st one). Guy at the shop said it's because the chrome isn't fully seated. I can tell on mine that the rubber is not centered on the glass as from inside you can see the outside flange is higher than inside flange (even though seated on body good). I was going to try to work it around from outside with a hooked screwdriver and try and tap chrome in with mallet (maybe. Shop suggestion). Haven't attempted yet.
