Re: replacing wrap around 71 turn signals w/bumper lights
I rid of the monstrous wrap around turn signals on my '70. They needed new seals and lenses and didn't want to put the money into something I though was hideous anyway. I converted to early Type 1 headlight buckets anyway so being original was not important to me.
I'm also going to use fiberglass bumped because my originals were mangled beyond repair. I was considering using a strip of yellow LEDs to make a strip that wraps around the edge of the bumper so it is visible from front and side like the original.
