Do a search on Sand Boarding Park in Florence OR. There was a report on the TV a bit ago on sand boarding on the dunes. I think they said there was to be a competition at their park this weekend.
We used to see them on the southern dune area a few years ago but not for a while. You occasionally see walkers, dog sled training and horses on the dunes also.
