BUDD wheel nut Torque specs?

Again Not a VW problem but I figured somebody out there might have the answer.
We are building a 50 foot boat trailer. Using Hayes Logging truck modified rear axles in a Walking Beam set up.
8-1100 X 20 tires
lug nuts are BUDD ---
13/16" sq. head inner bolt to hold the inner tire on
and a 1 1/2" nut for the outer tire
does anybody know the TORQUE SETTINGS for the inner and outer parts

we got the specs for the BUDD wheels nuts from a HD mechanic
The inner nuts (13/16") torque to 450 ft lbs. The outer nuts (1 1/2") torque to 600 ft lbs.
