With Turbo and Super charging you can create massive horsepower with vw motors.

That could be true, if yours are worn out, or just a really cheap bad brand.

They arent bad, but they wont be strong enough to be turbo'd.
Cant be worn after 1 year and 4000km driving.

Double springs about cancelling harmonics at higher revs, not just seat pressure.

My setup I plan on limiting to 6k rpm. Also not boosting over 10 psi for a several reasons. The motor ran strong with single springs and the w 120 cam. I know boosting needs stronger springs though. If I do use the cam and single springs I will buy new springs and shim them,checking coil bind. I really like all the info on this forum!!
