No Power

I have a question and hoping you can help me. New wiring harness installed, last night had power to head lights,and dash but nothing to the back.
I was checking ignition switch wiring test light and grounded out by accident, now I have no power at all. Have power to vr at both large red wires but nothing to the other of red wire to head lights.

Start with all fuses... Then try and find the missing power to the rest. Remember there's a fuse in the engine compartment (or used to be)...
