What do you suggest?

So I need to cover the brake lines and electrical from front to back, I’ve used the plastic sleeve with the split in it, don’t like it as it gets sand packed in there. Any suggestions to cover and protect the lines going back?

I have all my loom sheathed in expandable braiding - protects the wiring but means any water and sand/dirt that does get in there can also get out again.
