That is a pretty common way to do it on a rail. The radiator is in the airflow so the fans, if mounted don't have to work as hard. The only thing then is the rear view mirror.

I also installed a rear view camera and mirror-video-screen so I can see where I've been.

Funny you said that... I was going to mention the same thing. I saw it as a component on a car commercial and instantly fell in love with it.
