Hello,
I was able to succesfully change ignition timing by going to Spark > Spark setting > Cranking advance Angle (Deg).
I think I was succesful at doing so because after pressing "Burn" I could hear a change in the r.p.m which also translated into the Engine speed counter by increasing or decreasing depending if the timing was advanced or retarded.
My problem is that when going to MegaLogViewerHD this changes are not seen. The line for advance ignition is constant at 20 degrees.
Any suggestions as possible sources of error?
Sensors used in this project are Crank angle sensors (CAS), using a hall effect to monitor and determine the position and rotational speed of the crankshaft. Could the problem be here? I am getting values for rotational speed but not for the advance timing.
Thank your for your help.

Cranking advance angle is what the ECU uses
When the engine is being turned over on the starter motor (in a car). Once it has started it would look up the ignition table to select a cell based on the rpm & load. You can also set a “fixed” advance for testing, prior to setting up the proper ignition table.
