elephat foot upgrade?

I want to upgrade to some elephant foot rocker adjusters and wondering what to buy. Looking at EMPI Elephant Foot Bugpack Version from appletree. Anyone know the difference between the bug pack vs the Heavy Duty Swivel Head from empi or what do I want to buy ?I know some machining will need to be done to rockers but thats OK
