Valve checking springs?

I need to set up rocker arm geometry with some CB Performance 1.4 ratio rockers and VW650 dual valve springs on an already built and running engine. I don't want to do it with the full spring pressure on the cam and lifters. Anyone know what valve checking springs fit a VW 044 head? The ones Brian at Type E sells are out of stock. I was looking at the common ones (4758-2), but saw feedback they won’t fit over the 044 valve guide boss.

I used some springs from the shocks of a r/c truck when I was doing my rockers and it worked out sweet
