how to install a tach

i just got a mallory tach but i just dotn know how to install it can u help me??

this has been covered b4...basically red wire to the dist. side of the coil...black to ground (any metal surface on the car). then hook up the lights (if it has one)

black = ground
red = power from fuse
green = signal from coil negative

white = light power to switch
black = neg to switch

yea it is a piece of cake,
run 1 wire back to - on coil
2nd hook up red to power with a fuse
3 hook up light
4 make sure it is switched for 4 cyl
5 start engine
