Shocks

What is the opinion on coil over vs air shocks. I am going the range from myself and the dog to four people and a lot of stuff. The vehicle bottoms out pretty fast with the weight. I have indexed up 2 notches on the torsion bars front and rear. 15" wheels with 205 off road tires.
