Bus Carbon Fiber Door Panels?

Has anybody ever made/seen/come across carbon fiber door and interior panels for a bay-window bus? I know it may sound strange, but I'm currently in the process of turning my '71 crewcab into a german looker and I thought carbon fiber panels would look cool. Any info would be appreciated.

Carbon Joe could probably do it for you.
He makes that for beetlles, so why not a bus?
