pre-68 window crank question

Quick question?what do you guys do when you lose the pin that holds your window crank on? Do I have to make something that fits in there, or can I find correct pins somewhere?
I was careful where I put it so not to lose it, but I can't rember where that was.

Hi JavaBug

You can find the ?right? pin from many VW part suppliers, or use a roll pin from the hardware store. If I lose one I just go steal one from one of my parts cars.
