I recently added 36 dells with velocity stacks to my 1600 DP with the Berg 181 header. I have the 009 diz with total timing at 30 degrees at 3,000. I have the Haltech 02 sensor to guide me through the jetting pitfalls. The addition of the 36 dells compared to a single modified pict 34 was amazing. Kinda sounds neat, too. Didn't know that the intake made so much music. Good luck.

My mileage is about 21 mpg stoplight to stoplight. Haven't taken it on an extended highway trip yet to calc the highway mileage. I drive my thing daily to work, but I'll bet it's another 2 mpg better out on the open highway. I could stand to lean down a little bit but with the summer temps coming, I'm thinking about leaving it where it is. I've got 215 75R x 15 Dunlop Radial Rovers if you're wondering about the tire height and a stock trans. Just an observation, but my thing actually gets better mileage with the 36 dells right out of the box, and a heck of a lot better throttle response.
