please give me some advice......

I went out to get tires today and the stores computer didnt go back to 1963 so i guessed at a size that i thought i saw in an old post...I am worried now that i guessed wrong...i couldnt find the post.......the tire size that i had them put on is 185 65 15 on the 4 inch wide 5 lug rims.........is this going to work or should i try and return them??????

Unless you have fender clearance issues, they will probably work. Near stock size is 165x15.

I didnt even put them on the car yet.....so im not sure of clearance as of yet.....im finally going to take it home....it has been sitting in a barn for 15 years and it needs some work.....i bought it in march but the owner hasnt been in any hurry to let me bring it home....i was just paranoid that when i finally get the ok from the owner that i'd run into a problem with the tires....i dont want to miss my window on this one
