what kind of seats can fit on the THING seat rails?

Super Beetle 71-72 (flat winshield) will interchange with Thing seat rails. Good luck. Bob Ingman

Bob is, of course, right about the '71-'72 Super seats fitting on the Thing seat rail. The '71-'72 Standard Beetle seats will also fit.

Bob, I only it to be the case because when I had the same question, I got that answer from Vince Sadowski. I have since installed a set of seats from a '71 standard and they fit just fine.

We have the big puffy 68/69 style seats in ours... fit fine
