Excellent idea Nathan.......
That's why I've read both Link manuals a few times over, don't see where the system will differentiate from one absolute number to the next if I'm on the same manifold pressure plane.
Bart as I see it on the data logger it doesn't do as you say. But it will smooth out and change fuel and advance by way of jumping in both horizontal and vert in the tables. Is this what you mean? or something other imbedded in the software?
I'll make a call to Neal at Link to find out more on this.
John
Whay is happenning on the screen is not exactly what is happenning in the software......
ask Neal about "smoothing between rows" He will explain....I am 100% sure Link does it and so does every other EFI software I have used
I actually asked the same question to Neal a year ago. I was concerned because the Link has less rows of resolution than most other EFI systems. He explained how they smooth...
Yes, just called him and as usual gave me all the help I needed.
Good guy,
The system looks at both the hrizontal and vert numbers and makes millions of calculations to smooth out the RPM and Fuel settings.
I just know I'm really happy with my current system. Does all I need.
Mega squirt would be for my fiance's car.
