Rear Tire Carrier Mounting Question --- Capn Skully

I just received a rear tire carrier from Capn Skully (thanks for a great transaction).

In the box were 3 small brackets and one big one.

How does the tire carrier mount to the car?

I've never seen one installed.... pictures would be great.

-One mount goes above the tail light
-One mount is drilled through the bumper
-Other mounts are for the tire.

I emailed the info about the carrier. This is a great site and hopefully I'll be able to some business with other visitors. I am familar with the PM system also, I have notifications turned on so I'll be notified of anyone contacting me.
