34-Pic-3 Rebuild Question

Just re-building a 34-pic-3 and have some questions on basic settings for the Air control and Volume control settings.

What would be the starting setting for the Air Control (the large screw on the Drivers side of the carb) when I mount the carb for the car to start and at least a rough idle?

I belive that the Volume control screw (the smaller screw on the drivers side of the carb) is set to 2.5 turns, but I cannot find a basic setting for the other screw.

Any other settings that will help make the process smoother...
