My local VW dealer tells me that the 1.9 rod bolts are no longer available?
Does someone out there know what the VW part # for these rod bolts? Perhaps if I had the part # the dealer may have a better chance @ finding them.
Thanks

As far as I could tell, the T1 and T4 1.7/2.0 bolts are all the same size, or at least appear functionally interchangable.
I also think they are the same price. (between the ARP #s)
The stock ones appear a thread or two longer, but that just sticks out anyway, and the ARP ones have special nuts, shorter, 12 point aircraft style, and the torque spec is almost double.

Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.
