Neal Anderson's 412 in Volksworld.

Post by vwbill »

Hey, just got the back issue of Volksworld December 2001 with Neal Anderson's 412. All I can say is wow what a great job he did with her!!
It has such great lines and the Porsche 17" alloy wheels are perfectly framed by the wheel wells and the rear clearance gives it a look of moving while standing still(looks like she's ready to cut the wind)!
The engine bay is so clean and well done it makes me think of starting over with mine, lol! This car is clean and well thought out with all the details inside and out(sweet color). Great great job Neal with giving us something to shoot for! Thanks for saving the real beauty of these sports Vw's(no tuna boat,if that's what they mean).
Wahoo, Wahoo! Bill
p.s.It's funny that he really didnt have to do much(not to say he didnt work it like a champion) to make it a special car, I guess they must have started out that way, lol!
Maybe Neal will redo one with my dream of a porsche 6 in one, lol!

Thanks Bill :D

Did you get my email with the photo of the strut brace?

I've another 412 (variant this time) that will be the subject of some serious customisation soon. Hopefully will be finished in the summer.

Cheers,
Neal

Its been in a que! Booked in for the end of this month - some Porsche bits even arrived today for it, and its not the usual brakes, wheels, gearbox or engine related stuff. I'm not saying anything else.

Hey Neal, sorry thanks for the pic! I need to get one built like that it looked sweet! Did you make a templet or did he do it from scratch? Wow, doing a super version of the 412! Sounds like you're gonna make another show stopper super flyer! Wahoo!!! :D :D Go Neal!! Cant wait to hear about it all! Take care, Bill
