Hardtop Questions

Hi Guys;

I am in the process of restoring an original factory hardtop but have never done this before. I need to replace the glass seals. Does anyone know the best way to remove the glass? Are new seals available to purchase anywhere?

Also, was the aluminum drip rail originally painted black from the factory or left unpainted?
