Running fuel and locating reasonable soft top frame

Greetings -
My questions are this. where can i find a reasonably priced soft top frame?

The 2nd is i am trying to run new fuel line and do not have a clue. I have Muir book but is not really helping me. Is there 2 lines, 1 for engine and one for return. can someone tell me how to do this and or where to look for help (diagrams). My Vw starts and runs when i pour gas in the carb but have and issue with the lines. How do i run these lines ?

the 3rd is how and where do i change the gear oil? I have purchased a transfer pump and 90wt hypoid oil but do not have a clue.
