flashing LED
I need an LED (red) small that will flash (off/on) when I apply 12 volts. No luck at Radio Shack web site (not currently available). Anybody got an idea. I want to make it appear that the Thing has an alarm. Bill

Been there, done that.
Car Stereo places used to carry them, along the RL (real life) Radio Shacks, but the last one I bought one was at MCM electronics. http://mcm.newark.com/
