problem reading posts

I've got a recent problem reading posts. The very right inch of the page is chopped off. I can't see the "Quote" button anymore. I've tried re-sizing my screen in settings, it still chops the page when the text is so tiny you can't read it. There is no scroll bar at the bottom so its very difficult to read the posts.
TheSamba uses the same software, but its fine.
Anyone know what's wrong here?

Have you tried to use the arrow keys on your computer. I find that if you hit the right arrow, the whole page will shift over to the right.
