Turn signal condensation

I am having a problem with the drivers side front turn signal getting condensation build up on the inside. I replaced the seal with a German seal and this was no help. The wire tubes underneath the fender are in good condition as well. The lens itself is an old Hella lens and has spiderweb cracks all over-I am not sure if this is the problem. Any suggestions and if replacement of the entire unit is the only option do you have any suggestion of where to get a decent replacement-ie Hella? Thanks.
