I purchased some parts not available from our normal Thing suppliers from Chirco. One package came with the wrong parts in the right box.
One phone call and three days later the replacement parts arrived with a prepaid UPS tag to return the wrong parts.
Another good company to deal with.
I am glad you posted this. I have never dealt with Chirco. They have a seemingly good supply of parts and fair prices. It is good to have positive feedback concerning any VW parts place. Remember to support Things Unlimited as often as it works for you. K-mann
I placed an order and requested information from Chirco. Joe Chirco himself called me on his dime and we discussed my needs at great length. It doubled the size of my order. Joe is a great guy and goes the extra mile for his customers.
