My 74 has no logo, so I am beginning to think about getting one. Are they common to other v-dubs or only a type 4 part? (I think I know the answer already :( )

Way cool! I think I can do a bit better just as a humble thank you. will PM you shortly. On another topic, I just picked up the engine compartment foam seal, since you guys were hammering me about it. $30 at my FLAPS. I think the car beginning to slowley look like a real car :shock:

Do a search on the foam engine seal. Ray provided a great tip to increase longevity of it.

Hey, I haven't even got it yet man :| ......and besides, I am so frikken tangled up with that new problem of not running, the mood is waay down :( ......hek, I haven't even bothered with the engine foam :evil: .....shoulda gotten any year EXCEPT a 74 :evil:
