dropped front spindle question? CAST? FORGED?

hey guys, im looking into buying a pair of california imports 2" dropped disk brake spindles. the only real question i have is which is stronger and should last longer, a cast or a forged spindle?

I have three years of serious race abuse on my socal imports dropped spindles and they are in perfect shape. I was worried about them breaking but they have held up great even when subjected to circuit racing and even rally-x
