Autocross type questions
Can the super beetle be competitive in HS class, Solo2? I've been running a standard beetle in two races this year but would like to go with a super this year coming. Or should I just run the tire class?

Sorry you will not be competitive in HS running against the Mini and others.
Actually you will not be competitive in most classes unless they are short on cars in that particular class then you may get lucky running against some inexperienced drivers and place well.
I would pick your SB over the old bug because of the front suspension.
Just pick a class and run with in your budget and you will have fun!
