My work over the weekend....let me know what you think

Post by Brandon Nelson »

I am in the process of reassembling my GTE so I thought that I would share my progress. Let me know what you guys think...the good...the bad....and the ugly.

Be sure and look at the description below the image so that you know what I was trying to capture in the photos.

Thanks,
Brandon

Hi there!

I think that is friking nice looking car!!! Good color ect.

BUT those back lights... yack! Maybe 4xround red ones would have looked better or 2xround red ones or totally red or smoked ones? Some how those don't fit with rest of the car... :)

But generally very nice work! I like it alot!

cheers!

Leave those tail lights
A Puma is not a Ferrari wannabee. I see those round truck taillights on too many South African Pumas I hate them

Thanks! No, that is actually a photo of my car at the paint shop. However, I do know the owner and it is his. If you would like to see some more pictures of that yellow truck, visit http://www.eshsautomotivespecialties.com/

nice puma....we need to paint ours....might just sell it....we've got a 77gte with 7km on it...yes seven!....not really motivated on selling it yet though...if you're looking for a correct low profile puma only fan shroud shawn at SRM in stanton has a few of them...give him a call and see if he might sell you one. it took me forever to track down the puma crank pulley and puma stamped kadron manifolds....rare to see one anymore...did you buy it from jeff denham?

No, actually I bought the car from Dominick Cacioppo out of Huntington Beach, CA. Since I got it, I have been working on it constantly replacing just about everything that I could find a replacment to.

Post some pictures of your car if you get the chance. I would really like to see them.

thanks,
