Hey does the green urethene part help? Wonder if they would work for us? The bearing hole looks big! Does it give a smoother ride or just make it sloppy?

The green part looks like it is the metal "cup" part of the strut mount, I don't know why it would be green- the rest is just standard "rubber". The stock VW Fox strut mounts should be fine with a little modification, but it would be nice if they still made the urethane ones. Guess I'll need to keep an eye on the pick and pulls over time, maybe I might get lucky and find some...Although there may be some aftermarket parts available in Brazil, where they had a version of the Fox that was very popular...
