No doubt, I will be up to some snooping. This hatch you speak of, it was for a wagon correct? I've been wondering if there are any NOS sedan decklids still floating around- perhaps the holy grail of NOS Type 4 parts? I still need a LR quarter for my wagon (and I don't need an entire parts car!). Oh, and by the way, I went ahead and had the top of the wagon struts lengthened by the fabrication shop next door to my house in Missouri. They look good and it was only $15! I didn't have time to take any pics, but when I get a place here, I will go back and tow the wagon out here and finish assembling the front end.
