guys, i tried to get the pulley off the spare alternator and it actually bent/warped/distorted when removing it to the point of being useless. does anyone have a spare for a 1974 they can sell me? i'm desperate to get my car on the road again as it is my daily driver!

Albert we are going to have to teach you how to post links. You come up with such good sources for us. I think that this is the correct URL:
www.thebughouse.com
Someone else may be able to give you better instructions on posting a link, but I will try: Open the webpage you want to link to. Highlight the address in your brower address bar and copy it complete with all of the http://www & .com type stuff. Go to the page where you want to insert the link and type in a blank space and then paste in the address. Type in another blank space and your are done.
Hope this works for you.

There is another "bug house" site,
http://www.bughaus.com
but I don't think they have any tin either.
