411/412 issues

I haven´t seen a topic here, where we can tell experiences of the weak point´s of the 411 and 412.

Here is one example, which was a surprise. It looked ok, but under the paint it was totally rusty!

I think this is a very negative topic. Would rather see it reversed... 8)

The rust problems with the 411/412....are no worse than any other model. The real issue..is that to make a much quieter ride, many of the body parts were filled with isocyanate foam. Once you do get a leak, the foam fills up with water and rusts from the inside.
Since my company uses iso foam....5000 liters a month...I will find out what disolves it. Ray
