Are WBX heads closest in design to T1 or T4?

Here's the place for info on converting to a Type V motor!

The exhaust is more like a T1,but the combustion chambers are totally different.

They don't resemble T4 heads in any way.

Like Unkl Ian said, most like T1s, only water cooled, longer valves, ex port flange rotated 90 degrees, and intake ports are different, and completely different chamber type. (in the piston, mostly, Heron style)

But other than that, they are just like T1 heads ;-)

At least the same rockers fit.
Addendum to Newtons first law:
zero vehicles on jackstands, square gets a fresh 090 and 1911, cabby gets a blower.
EZ3.6 Vanagon after that.(mounted, needs everything finished) then Creamsicle.

They are like T4 heads in one little way: the exhaust valve stems are 9mm.

Any T1 rocker gear fits up fine, but the wbx rockers started off with a 9mm adjuster, and went up to 10mm at some time, I don't know which year.

The WBX bore spacing is the same as T1,
which is how the Oxyboxer is possible.

The T4 bore spacing is larger, which allows larger pistons.
