Need a very small part - hood release cable hold down part

The part I need is the hold down part for the hood release cable. It is for a 69 convertible (probably the same for a std sedan?) and it is located in the luggagage compartment right by the glove box. It has a small sheet metal screw that holds it on top of the cable. Anyone know where to go to get one or have one, let me know.

Or can anyone provide a picture of one, maybe I could make one that will do until I run into one?
